1. Data Collection Philosophy
TriArc operates on an Intelligence Protocol. We collect data to monitor the mechanical integrity of our software algorithms. We do not collect, store, or have access to your personal brokerage accounts, financial balances, or verified trade executions.
2. Data We Collect (Algorithmic Telemetry)
When you connect your software via the Uplink Key, you authorize the collection of System Generated Data only. This includes:
- Identity Data: Your TriArc Web UI account credentials (to verify your license tier).
- Configuration Data: The technical settings used to generate the chart, including Volatility Profile, Targeting Protocol, and Governance settings (e.g., Matrix Gate status).
- Setup Geometry ("The Prints"): When the Vector engine identifies a structural anomaly, we log the mathematical parameters of that event: Projected Entry, Projected Invalidation, Projected Objectives, and Contextual Metrics (Confluence Score, Matrix Health, Bias).
3. Data We Collect (User Journaling)
- Manual Logs: If you choose to use the "Telemetry Log" in the Web UI to manually tag an event as VALIDATED or INVALIDATED, we store that self-reported data to build your personal performance dashboard.
- This data is self-reported and is not cross-referenced with broker data.
4. Data We DO NOT Collect
For the avoidance of doubt:
- We DO NOT have access to your broker API.
- We DO NOT know your position size, leverage, or account balance.
- We DO NOT record your actual financial PnL (Profit and Loss).
5. How We Use This Data
- Theoretical Edge Analysis: We aggregate the "Setup Prints" to calculate the theoretical validation rate of the system across different market conditions (e.g., "How often does the Expansion Objective print before the Invalidation level on Gold?").
- Leakage Patching: This data helps us identify when the software is generating low-probability geometry, allowing us to patch the code for all users.
