Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the TriArc Ecosystem (including the Web UI, TradingView Scripts, and Data Services), you ("The Operator") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the System.

2. Nature of Service (The "Infrastructure" Clause)

TriArc Ecosystems is a software development firm, not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, or signal provider.

• The software (Bonnie, Terminal, Vector) provides technical analysis visualization based on mathematical formulas and liquidity arrays.
• "Setups," "Validations," and "Opportunities" identified by the software are retrospective mathematical correlations. They are not instructions to execute.
• You acknowledge that all execution decisions are made solely by you. TriArc bears no responsibility for market outcomes incurred while using the software.

3. Risk Disclosure

Participating in Futures, Equities, and Digital Assets involves substantial exposure to market variance.

• The high degree of leverage often available in these markets can work against your position.
• Past performance of the TriArc algorithms (telemetry data) is not indicative of future validation rates.

4. The "Governance" Clause (Terminal Liability)

A core feature of TriArc is the "Terminal" (The Shield), which may restrict, lock, or obscure market data based on your configuration (e.g., Time of Interest, Drawdown Limits).

• You acknowledge that the software is designed to prevent execution permissions during specific states.
• TriArc is not liable for any "missed opportunities" or inability to manage a position resulting from the software's governance or locking mechanisms. The Operator retains full ability to disable the software via TradingView to regain manual control at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

• The code logic behind "Vector," "Bonnie," and "Terminal" is the proprietary trade secret of TriArc Ecosystems.
• You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, or distribute the source code.
• Your license is non-transferable. Sharing your Uplink Key with non-subscribers is grounds for immediate termination.
